Ben Phillips brings over 15 years of experience in commercial negotiations across industries including Oil & Gas, Resources, Medical Technology, SaaS, and Defence. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Norfolk Metals (ASX: NFL) and Non-Executive Director of Many Peaks Minerals Ltd (ASX: MPK).

Previously, Ben held directorships at Bronson Group Ltd (ASX: BGR) and Mandrake Resources Ltd (ASX: MAN). As a Corporate Executive at Ironside Capital, he specialises in sourcing, structuring, and managing funding for small-cap private and public companies.

Fergus Kiley has over 15 years of experience in capital markets and the resources sector, with expertise in business development, project finance, and multi-commodity project evaluation across Australia, Europe, and North America. He is currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Grand Gulf Energy Ltd (ASX: GGE).

Previously, Fergus led business development at Wyloo Pty Ltd, where he played a key role in the CAD $616.9 million acquisition of Noront Resources. He brings significant expertise in stakeholder engagement, joint venture management, and ASX governance, adding valuable strategic and operational insight to the Company.

Todd Williams is an exploration geologist with over a decade of experience in greenfields project development across South America. He is the Managing Director of Unico Silver Limited (ASX: USL) and a Non-Executive Director of Orpheus Uranium Ltd (ASX: ORP).

As the founder of Circum Pacific Pty Ltd, Todd led the exploration and development of gold projects in Colombia and Argentina. His extensive expertise in exploration and project management supports the Company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Paul Kiley brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the mining and oil & gas sectors. He has held key executive roles, including CFO and Company Secretary at Hillgrove Resources Limited (ASX: HGO) and Director of Corporate Development for Newmont Corporation (NYSE: NEM) in the Asia-Pacific region.

Paul also served as Group Risk Manager at Newmont and held senior positions with Occidental Oil & Gas (NYSE: OXY) in both Australia and the United States, contributing extensive expertise in corporate strategy, risk management, and financial oversight.
